You'll serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to Elastic's SLED sales team, customers, and partners. You'll understand and solve customer business issues with the Elastic Stack, engage the regional community through events, and enable sales through partners. This role stands out with deep ownership of technical relationships and autonomy to drive the technical win in your territory.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as technical point of contact for accounts and account managers.
• Build understanding of customer goals and articulate solution value.
• Create and own value-based relationships at all customer levels.
• Participate in all phases of territory planning and execution.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technology domain areas.
• Implementation experience with SaaS platforms using web technologies.
• Track record of success in a technical presales role.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field plus 3+ years experience.

• Experience with cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to inspire groups, both large and small.
• Professional experience architecting/operating solutions on cloud providers.
