Description
You will set the strategic direction and operational rigor for Spring Health’s highest-acuity and employer-facing services, including the 24/7 Crisis Line, Critical Incident Response, Mandatory Workplace Referrals, and Manager Consultation. You'll lead a large clinical organization, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality care, while partnering cross-functionally to scale programs with precision and measurable impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years progressive leadership in behavioral health or crisis services
- Direct experience leading 24/7 clinical operations (100+ FTEs)
- Active independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC, MD, RN)
- Expertise in Acute Stress Disorder, PTSD, and Trauma related disorders
- Strong operational acumen including workforce planning and KPI management
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance of crisis and high-acuity services
- Translate customer needs into scalable clinical operating models
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Legal, etc.
- Ensure clinical safety, compliance, and adherence to best practices
- Lead and develop a multi-layered clinical leadership team
