Description

You act as an inside sales partner to Field Sales, driving patient growth and repeat testing through proactive outreach and relationship management. You will manage a territory, advance opportunities through the sales pipeline, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely testing and continuity of care.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years inside sales experience, preferably remote or phone-based
  • Minimum 2 years outbound/inbound sales or call center experience with measurable performance goals
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a territory or book of business

Responsibilities

  • Serve as inside sales partner to Field Sales, supporting territory strategies and pipeline advancement
  • Proactively manage inbound/outbound patient outreach to influence testing adoption and continuity of care
  • Build and maintain long-term consultative relationships with patients to drive repeat testing
  • Identify, nurture, and progress patient opportunities through testing completion, ensuring alignment with pipeline goals
  • Analyze territory and pipeline data to prioritize outreach and optimize sales efforts
