Description

You will manage day-to-day community engagement, support social performance tracking, monitor trends, and assist with content publishing to keep conversations moving and insights visible for the Social Media Manager.

Requirements

• Experience managing or supporting brand social media accounts
• Comfort working in Sprout Social or similar publishing and reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Clear written communication and good judgment around tone and escalation
• Interest in social trends, performance data, and how content connects to business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day community engagement by monitoring and responding to comments, DMs, and mentions across social platforms
• Support social performance tracking by pulling weekly and monthly reports and monitoring key metrics
• Monitor social and cultural trends to identify relevant opportunities
• Assist with content publishing by scheduling approved posts in Sprout Social
• Maintain tagging accuracy and surface trends, anomalies, and insights
