Description
You will serve as the main point of contact for established patients and families, guiding them through their care journey by scheduling appointments, answering questions, and providing ongoing support. You'll own the patient experience from onboarding through ongoing care, ensuring seamless communication and administrative coordination in a collaborative, pediatric-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as main point of contact for established patients, handling calls, messages, and emails with empathy and professionalism
- Guide patients through care model: schedule appointments, manage provider orders and screenings
- Ensure patients receive timely access to care by managing provider schedules
- Maintain welcoming in-office environment: support patients and providers in person, manage mail, restock supplies
- Uphold patient privacy and HIPAA compliance
