Description
As a leader within Headway's Revenue Operations org, you'll ensure sales motions are operationally sound, deeply automated, and continuously optimized to drive provider activation. You'll lead major RevOps initiatives including AI and automation, and partner cross-functionally to align tooling with business priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy in high-growth environments
- Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered tools and a point of view on AI in RevOps
- Strong track record leading cross-functional projects involving systems and data
- Highly data-literate with ability to influence stakeholders
- Excellent communicator who simplifies complexity and drives action
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve core sales processes across the provider lifecycle
- Lead major RevOps initiatives from problem definition through implementation
- Champion AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve productivity
- Partner with systems, strategy, enablement, data, product, and sales leadership
- Use quantitative analysis to evaluate process performance and recommend improvements
