You'll build products and systems that power Airbnb's global community, working across Payments, Trust, Marketing, and more. Your code will be experienced by millions, and you'll contribute to AI-powered features that personalize experiences. This role offers the chance to tackle hard problems in search relevance, fraud prevention, and seamless payments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend team syncs to discuss priorities and blockers.
• Dive into coding—fixing bugs, developing features, refining APIs.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers and designers.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (recent grad, <1 yr experience).
• Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals.
• Proficiency in at least one of: Java, Scala, Ruby, C++, SQL, JavaScript, etc.
• Awareness of AI/ML concepts (e.g., supervised learning, LLMs).

✨ Nice to Have

• Python and common AI/ML libraries (NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch).
• Experience integrating cloud-based AI services or LLM APIs.
• Leadership, community involvement, or teaching/mentoring experience.
