💼 About This Role

You'll lead Teamcenter PLM system operations and improvements for Rocket Lab's global engineering teams. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and customizations that accelerate design and manufacturing. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge space missions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor user activity and gather feedback to drive PLM system improvements.
• Architect and deploy new Teamcenter client customizations and upgrades.
• Evaluate new releases, diagnose system failures, and recommend remedies.
• Provide operational support including user access, permissions, and licensing.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Teamcenter PLM systems.
• Experience with Teamcenter 4 tier Architecture and AWC Architecture.
• Experience with Teamcenter workflows, ACL, and BMIDE deployments.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Teamcenter ITK or Services customization.
• Teamcenter certification(s).
• Familiarity with other Teamcenter integrations.
