You'll own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions for a Series A SaaS startup building multiplayer project management software for deep tech. You'll directly shape the company's growth trajectory by sourcing, screening, and closing top talent. This role offers a chance to have real impact at an inflection point with strong customer momentum.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions.
  • Build and manage active pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Source proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
  • Conduct candidate screens and coordinate interview loops end-to-end.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for a VC-backed SaaS startup.
  • Technical recruiting as a primary strength.
  • US person status required (ITAR compliance).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience at seed through Series B stage companies.
  • Functional familiarity with GTM recruiting (AEs, customer success, marketing).
