You'll own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions for a Series A SaaS startup building multiplayer project management software for deep tech. You'll directly shape the company's growth trajectory by sourcing, screening, and closing top talent. This role offers a chance to have real impact at an inflection point with strong customer momentum.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions.
- Build and manage active pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously.
- Source proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct candidate screens and coordinate interview loops end-to-end.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for a VC-backed SaaS startup.
- Technical recruiting as a primary strength.
- US person status required (ITAR compliance).
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience at seed through Series B stage companies.
- Functional familiarity with GTM recruiting (AEs, customer success, marketing).
