🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead paid social strategy and execution across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels
• Develop full-funnel approaches for Life Sciences and pharma, including HCP and patient targeting
• Ensure campaigns meet regulatory, legal, and compliance standards (MLR)
• Own paid social performance, optimization, testing, and continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• 8–10 years of paid social strategy and execution experience
• Experience in Life Sciences or pharma with MLR process knowledge
• Deep platform expertise across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit
• Ability to manage full-funnel paid social programs including HCP and patient campaigns

• Experience in new business development and pitches
