Description

You will lead engineering teams building internal tools, platforms, and AI-powered automation to improve efficiency across the organization. You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to solve operational problems with well-designed software, shipping quickly and seeing immediate impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years software development with full-stack SaaS experience
• 3+ years as an engineering manager
• Experience with modern AI tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• End-to-end ownership from design to delivery
• People-first leadership, hiring and mentoring

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams building internal platforms and AI-driven systems
• Own technical direction for internal tools across Sales, Marketing, etc.
• Balance technical and people leadership
• Partner with product managers and senior stakeholders
• Foster culture of collaboration and technical excellence
