You'll drive early go-to-market and customer adoption for a stablecoin-powered money movement platform at Payoneer. You'll own early traction, craft compelling messaging, and run rapid growth experiments to unlock transaction volume across global SMB segments. This is a rare opportunity to shape a venture-style team inside a publicly traded company with startup speed and global scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive early customer adoption and payment volume across SMB segments.
• Turn interest into real transaction flow by working directly with customers.
• Build the first repeatable GTM motion from scratch.
• Run rapid growth experiments on messaging, pricing, and onboarding.

📋 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in growth, GTM, sales, partnerships, or early-stage commercial roles
• At least one zero-to-one experience taking a product from concept to PMF
• Strong growth toolkit including outbound, lifecycle, and channel experimentation
• Background in fintech or payments and proven ability to sell to SMBs
