You'll deliver expert-level support for Observe by Snowflake, an AI-powered observability platform built on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, drive customer success, and partner with engineering to improve platform performance. This role offers the chance to shape support processes and mentor junior engineers in a fast-growing environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Deliver expert-level technical support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving the observability platform.
  • Own and manage high-priority escalations with engineering teams.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical support or customer-facing engineering role.
  • Deep familiarity with operating systems (Linux, Unix, macOS, Windows).
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger.
  • Proficiency with OpenTelemetry.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes clusters.
