💼 About This Role

You'll provide strategic and organizational leadership for analytical development activities supporting small molecule API and drug product development. You'll oversee CMC analytical strategy and execution across internal and external teams. This role offers the opportunity to drive regulatory submissions and build cross-functional partnerships at a late-stage oncology company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead analytical development for small molecule API and drug product
• Oversee phase-appropriate control strategies and specification setting
• Manage CDMOs, CROs, and contract laboratories for analytical activities
• Author and review quality sections of regulatory submissions
• Build cross-functional partnerships across drug development teams

📋 Requirements

• PhD or Masters in related field
• 10+ years progressive leadership in pharmaceutical analytical development
• Cross-functional team leadership in a matrix environment
• Deep understanding of CMC strategies for small molecules
