You will manage customer dashboard activations, deactivations, and feature access for the Braze platform, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, and identify process improvements to support customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer operations or support role, preferably in SaaS or MarTech
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in CRM and customer platform tools

Responsibilities

  • Activate and deactivate customer dashboard instances
  • Oversee and manage access to features within the Braze platform
  • Provide operational support to internal stakeholders
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Sales, etc.)
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation
