Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer operations or support role, preferably in SaaS or MarTech
- Strong understanding of customer engagement platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency in CRM and customer platform tools
Responsibilities
- Activate and deactivate customer dashboard instances
- Oversee and manage access to features within the Braze platform
- Provide operational support to internal stakeholders
- Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Sales, etc.)
