💼 About This Role

You'll own and advance every dimension of Helsing's US security posture—from facilities and personnel to CMMC compliance and COMSEC operations. Your work enables breakthrough AI capabilities for the warfighter under a Special Security Agreement. You'll architect security infrastructure that protects democracies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as Facility Security Officer ensuring NISPOM and DCSA compliance
• Manage physical security, SCIF/SAPF accreditation, and access controls
• Lead CMMC readiness and compliance efforts across teams
• Administer personnel security processes including clearance sponsorship

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of industrial security experience
• 3+ years managing security programs at a cleared defense contractor facility
• FSO certification (FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities)
• Experience with CMMC compliance and NIST 800-171 controls

✨ Nice to Have

• CMMC Certified Professional (CCP) or Assessor (CCA) credential
• ITAR/EAR export control compliance experience
• Insider Threat Program (ITP) management experience
