Requirements

• 5+ years digital marketing experience, 3+ in agency setting
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing
• Experience with 3+ campaign types: Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Local, Bing Ads
• 2+ years management experience
• Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media analytics

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 4+ direct reports, providing coaching and mentorship
• Handle complex client accounts with high-quality execution and strategic thinking
• Proactively drive client growth and revenue retention
• Implement AI technologies to enhance business processes
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem for department operations
