Description

You will manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and revenue accounting for North American customers, ensuring accurate billing, collections, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the US accounting team.

Requirements

• CA / Inter CA qualification
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and General Ledger platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for US-based stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing for North American clients including invoice preparation and issuance
• Perform billing activities in NetSuite and Salesforce including customer master maintenance
• Review commercial agreements to identify performance obligations and ensure revenue recognition compliance
• Act as primary contact for customer billing inquiries, resolving issues professionally
• Support period-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
