💼 About This Role

You'll manage clinical site monitoring services for complex multinational projects. You'll act as Lead CRA, liaising between CRAs and project teams and ensuring compliance with GCP and regulatory guidelines. This remote role offers the chance to mentor peers and shape monitoring strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as subject matter expert, mentor, and coach for CRAs.
• Manage monitoring services for large/complex projects as Lead CRA.
• Identify and recruit site investigators, coordinate trial materials.
• Serve as primary clinical site contact, resolve issues.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum college diploma/degree and 4-6 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to sites.
