You will lead engineering efforts to improve model performance and scale inference and training systems at Anthropic, a company dedicated to building safe and beneficial AI. Requirements

• 1+ years management experience in technical environment, particularly performance or distributed systems
• Background in machine learning, AI, or related field
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Quick learner capable of understanding complex technical topics
• Experience managing teams through rapid growth and change

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line leadership of engineering efforts to improve model performance and scale inference and training systems
• Make targeted contributions as an individual contributor
• Manage day-to-day execution and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
• Coach and support reports in professional growth
