💼 About This Role

You'll provide palliative care to hospice clients in Philadelphia County, enabling them to remain at home. You'll join a multi-disciplinary team and make home visits for medication, wound care, and assessments. This role offers a $15K sign-on bonus and strong benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to management.
• Perform client assessments and document doctors' orders.

📋 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• 1+ year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior home care experience preferred.
• Prior hospice experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
