💼 About This Role

You'll build operational foundations for a fast-growing AI startup that does RL and evaluations for frontier AI agents. Your core impact is enabling the team to focus on AI safety research by setting up hiring, HR, and automation processes. This role offers hands-on ownership of operations in a YC and A16Z-backed company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement hiring processes from posting to onboarding
• Set up and manage HR systems and employee lifecycle
• Automate operational workflows and technical processes
• Coordinate company expansion planning and execution

📋 Requirements

• Proven operations or management experience in tech startups
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience building processes from scratch in fast-growing companies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with AI safety and AI alignment
• Understanding of LLM evaluation frameworks
• Experience in fullstack LLM deployment for multimodal evaluations
