Description

As a PRN Hospice Aide, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to provide personal care and comfort to patients in their end-of-life journey, observing and documenting their condition while ensuring quality and continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care needs after patient assignment
• Attend to patient requests promptly
• Report inability to perform tasks to Case Manager
• Observe and document patient condition and care
• Provide patient and family support
