You'll drive SaaS revenue growth through proactive customer engagement and upsell opportunities. You'll leverage data insights to mitigate churn risks and help customers unlock new product value. This role is in a high-growth startup backed by top investors.

- Build and nurture client relationships to drive product engagement
- Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Monitor KPIs to track revenue and churn metrics
- Act as product ambassador, collecting and relaying feedback
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience in a proactive commercial role (B2B)
- Prior experience with upselling products to existing clients
- Fluent English (C2 level)
