You'll lead go-to-market strategy for OpenAI's Codex business, shaping commercialization of new products. You will define growth priorities, launch metrics, and customer segmentation frameworks. This role offers the chance to drive impact at the intersection of product strategy and operations.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead go-to-market strategy for Codex business with Product and GTM leadership
- Define north star goals, launch success metrics, and operating KPIs
- Develop growth strategies for new products, capabilities, and market opportunities
- Partner with Product teams to influence roadmap decisions
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, business operations, or related functions
- Strong fluency in data and analytics to define success metrics and drive decisions
- Experience with technical or developer-based products and enterprise GTM motions
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives spanning strategy and execution

- Experience developing pricing, packaging, or monetization strategies
- Product intuition and ability to partner effectively with Product teams
