You'll own a territory of mid-sized accounts, driving expansion through consultative selling and executive engagement. Your core impact will be accelerating adoption of PagerDuty's Operations Cloud within high-growth accounts. This role offers the chance to shape growth strategy and work with C-level stakeholders in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell in existing mid-sized accounts.
  • Build and sustain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Develop territory and account plans identifying expansion opportunities and risks.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline using Salesforce and MEDDICC framework.

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales or account management experience in SaaS.
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding quota in a defined territory.
  • Ability to sell to and influence C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency using Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
