📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in digital success programs or growth marketing.
• Proven ability to transition from rule-based logic to AI/LLM workflows.
• Expertise in data analysis and customer insights using tools like Salesforce, Gainsight.
• Strong understanding of enterprise customer needs and content creation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Matik or deck-automation tools.
• Background in enterprise SaaS adoption programs.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering for generating insights.
