Description

You will own the full recruiting process, from sourcing to offers, for multiple positions across the company. Partner with hiring managers to align priorities, ensure a great candidate experience, and drive intake and debrief processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years proven experience in recruiting with Business Recruiting focus
• Blend of agency and in-house startup experience preferred
• Strong sourcing skills and track record of converting passive candidates
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse), LinkedIn, social media, Gem, Github
• Ability to work off hours to support global team

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting process from sourcing to offers for multiple positions
• Develop strategies to meet hiring goals and align with hiring managers
• Ensure great candidate experience throughout the process
• Drive intake meeting, interview team kick-off, and debrief process
• Send weekly progress reports to hiring managers and senior leadership
