You'll provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, helping them reach their full potential in home and community settings. You'll build meaningful relationships and assist with daily living skills. This role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide personal care assistance such as dressing and grooming
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Engage clients in favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with meal preparation and community integration

📋 Requirements

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals or completion of apprentice program
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Experience with behavioral support
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Medication administration certification
