Description

You will work at the intersection of the Roblox platform and brand partners, using SQL and analytics to solve complex problems, drive strategic optimizations, and communicate actionable insights to leadership and partners. This role focuses on understanding partner needs and enabling their success on the platform.

Requirements

• 4+ years working in analytical business strategy role or fast-paced environment (investment banking, private equity, consulting)
• Exhibit intellectual curiosity and ability to synthesize large amounts of data for actionable insights
• Well-versed in SQL, Tableau, and other BI tools
• Advanced Excel skills and clear presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Join a self-starting environment and leverage data and analytics to learn new skills and become an expert on Roblox’s business model
• Work closely with the Brand Partnerships team to identify processes or capabilities that could benefit from product automation
• Work with brand partners to understand and solve complex problems by digging into trends and providing actionable insights
• Create presentations and data stories to communicate partnership success and drive partner growth
• Conduct insightful analysis of major marketing initiatives and synthesize recommendations for senior leadership
