You'll serve as the sole HR lead for the Atlanta office, managing all day-to-day HR operations and full-cycle recruiting. You'll partner with leadership on strategy and collaborate with the global HR team in Europe.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for the Atlanta office
• Own full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle
• Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
• Partner with leadership on HR strategy and policies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience supporting organizations of 50–100 employees
• Strong cross-functional and international communication skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
