You'll design and build high-performance query systems for a leading crypto derivatives platform, processing massive real-time and historical trading data. You will contribute to fault-tolerant distributed systems that power exchange APIs and internal tools. This is a hands-on senior role in a remote-first global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain fault-tolerant distributed systems for trading and market data APIs.
• Build and optimize high-performance query systems for real-time and historical data.
• Develop internal and external services including analytics tools and trading products.
• Work with data pipelines for ingestion, storage, and retrieval of market data.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Java expertise within distributed, fault-tolerant systems.
• RESTful services and relational databases experience.
• Spring framework and containerized Linux environment experience.

• Experience with PostgreSQL or Python.
• Exposure to trading systems or cryptocurrency markets.
• Experience with AWS/RDS or data warehousing.
