🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise daily shift activities and support the team.
• Motivate and inspire team members to deliver superior service.
• Handcraft each cup with care alongside baristas.
• Assess team performance and ensure shift coverage.

📋 Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment preferred.
• Passion for people and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand for minimum 3 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Visual acuity to ensure safety and accuracy.
