💼 About This Role

You'll join the AirCover team to provide community support for hosts and guests navigating claims processes. You'll drive operational success by evaluating policies and improving the customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle inbound/outbound tickets, emails, calls, and case work.
• Investigate and resolve complex claims, damages, liability, and fraud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and compile incident reports.
• Determine compensation and validity of claims.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in claims, dispute resolution, or insurance.
• 2+ years experience in customer service.
• English language proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

✨ Nice to Have

• Insurance investigation or program management experience.
• Experience with third party claims administrators.
