💼 About This Role

You'll play a key role in ensuring quality and reliability of complex software systems. You'll design and execute end-to-end test strategies covering functional and non-functional requirements. This remote-first role focuses on reducing defects and improving software quality in a public sector context.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and execute end-to-end test cases
• Ensure test coverage across system, integration, regression, and UAT
• Create and maintain test scripts, data, and regression packs
• Monitor, report, and communicate quality metrics

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years professional experience in software testing or QA
• Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies including system, integration, regression, and E2E
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools including test automation exposure
• Ability to create detailed and structured test cases from technical specifications

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in public sector or large-scale projects
• ISTQB or other QA certifications
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
