Description

You will lead end-to-end quantitative workflows, manage complex datasets, and conduct inferential and causal analyses for special education policy research projects. Your work will translate technical findings into actionable insights for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in managing large administrative datasets
  • Ability to mentor junior staff in analytic best practices

Responsibilities

  • Lead or contribute to special education policy research and evaluation projects
  • Apply quantitative methods to collect, manage, analyze, and interpret data
  • Develop reproducible analytic workflows and quality control procedures
  • Review and strengthen analytic code and outputs from junior staff
  • Translate complex findings into clear insights for reports and presentations
