You'll join the Lincoln, NE clinical operations team as a customer service concierge for study participants, managing their experience from check-in to enrichment activities. Your work directly impacts participant satisfaction and helps get drugs to market faster.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer participant questions and assist with check-ins
• Conduct participant orientations and plan enrichment activities
• Develop and track experiential survey data
• Organize and upkeep participant-use areas like game rooms and courtyards

📋 Requirements

• 2 years customer service experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and flexible hours
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
