You'll own a book of Enterprise accounts in DACH, driving adoption and leading complex contract renewals. Your core impact will be shaping Culture Amp's Enterprise CX playbook and securing on-time renewals. This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success and Renewals, offering a chance to mentor and lead best practices.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own a book of Enterprise customers in DACH as their primary strategic advisor.
- Proactively drive product adoption, retention, and business outcomes.
- Lead complex contract negotiations end-to-end with legal and finance.
- Serve as region's key contributor for renewal and success best practices.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in Customer Success or Renewals in SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting retention and revenue goals.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, GRR, NRR).
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Vitally (preferred).

- Experience mentoring and coaching team members.
- Fluency in German.
