You'll own a book of Enterprise accounts in DACH, driving adoption and leading complex contract renewals. Your core impact will be shaping Culture Amp's Enterprise CX playbook and securing on-time renewals. This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success and Renewals, offering a chance to mentor and lead best practices.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own a book of Enterprise customers in DACH as their primary strategic advisor.
  • Proactively drive product adoption, retention, and business outcomes.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations end-to-end with legal and finance.
  • Serve as region's key contributor for renewal and success best practices.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success or Renewals in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting retention and revenue goals.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, GRR, NRR).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Vitally (preferred).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • First-hand HR/People Culture experience.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching team members.
  • Fluency in German.
