Description

You will perform daily settlement reconciliations for commercial partners' FBO accounts and sub-ledgers using Excel, working closely with multiple departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting. This role is part of SoFi's dynamic Payments COE team, supporting operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Associate's in Finance/Accounting preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant banking reconciliation experience
• Deep understanding of financial operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel and written communication

Responsibilities

• Complete daily settlement reconciliations for FBO accounts and sub-ledgers using Excel
• Work with other bank departments to rectify posting discrepancies
• Accurate and timely reporting of differences to management
• Ensure settlement procedure updates as changes occur
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on automation opportunities
