You will drive quality improvement initiatives across Peloton's North American Final Mile network, collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce installation issues and enhance the member delivery experience.

Responsibilities

  • Execute data-driven quality improvement strategy to improve first-time installation success
  • Manage timelines, risks, and issues related to quality improvement initiatives
  • Run weekly and monthly reviews to identify installation pain points
  • Partner with 3PL Managers to ensure accurate SOPs and clear deployment strategy
  • Serve as liaison between internal support and 3PL team to improve member experience
