💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and delivery of AI-powered agents and automation systems to improve productivity across LaunchDarkly. You will partner with the CIO to define internal AI strategy and bring solutions into production at scale. This role offers the chance to work with global teams and mentor AI engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered agents and automation systems
• Design architectures for AI workflows spanning multiple systems and data sources
• Partner with CIO to evaluate opportunities and input on AI strategy
• Establish production standards for reliability, observability, and data safety

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience building applications using Python or similar languages
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered workflows or agents in real-world use cases
• Strong data background including databases, data modeling, or analytics workflows
• Experience integrating and scaling solutions across multiple systems, APIs, or platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience using no-code/low-code automation tools like Workato or Glean
• Experience evaluating tools and contributing to vendor selection decisions
• Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical guidance
