💼 About This Role

You'll lead accounting advisory and controllership transformation engagements for a rapidly growing consulting firm. You'll drive financial analysis and transaction advisory for private equity and corporate clients. This role offers direct impact on firm building and mentorship in a high-performance culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end client engagements across controllership and finance operations
• Conduct buy side and sell side diligence including quality of earnings analysis
• Advise clients on ASC 606, 805, 842 and GAAP/IFRS standards
• Develop data models and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or Excel

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
• Six plus years of progressive experience in financial consulting or audit
• Deep understanding of GAAP accounting principles (ASC 606, 805, 842)
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Microsoft Dynamics

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CA)
• Experience with private equity clients or US/global transactions
• Familiarity with analytics and automation tools like Power Automate, UI Path
