💼 About This Role

You'll design intuitive, scalable product experiences for a customer marketing platform used by 15,000+ Shopify brands. You'll own end-to-end design from discovery to implementation, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers. This role offers hands-on ownership and growth in a fast-moving SaaS product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design polished, user-friendly interfaces aligned with design system
• Lead end-to-end design processes: research, wireframing, prototyping, testing
• Conduct user testing and integrate feedback into product decisions
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of UI/UX design experience in SaaS or tech
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design execution and design thinking
• Experience working with design systems (Figma & Storybook)
• Based in Australia with unrestricted work rights

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience with Shopify or e-commerce
• Familiarity with usability testing and UX research methods
• Strong market/design research skills
