💼 About This Role

You'll review clinical documentation for OASIS and ICD-10 coding accuracy using Medicare PDGM billing model and CMS guidelines. Your work will help prevent Medicare denials and ensure proper coding on plans of care. This fully remote role offers a chance to collaborate with clinicians and support home health care quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review OASIS and ICD-10 coding for accuracy and PDGM compliance
• Communicate OASIS edit recommendations to clinicians
• Perform final review and lock OASIS documents
• Provide support and education to service offices on CMS guidelines

📋 Requirements

• Active RN, PT, OT, or SLP license
• COS-C, HCS-O, or COQS OASIS certification
• BCHH-C or HCS-D coding certification
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience
