You will architect and build cutting-edge software solutions including Rust-based data processing, stream processing, and NoSQL database integrations, along with Go-based APIs and Python components. This hands-on leadership role involves shaping the engineering team's vision and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• 6+ years backend engineering with Golang, Rust, Python, NoSQL
• Strong expertise in stream processing frameworks (Kafka, Pulsar, Flink)
• Experience building scalable APIs in Go, Rust, Python
• CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Communication skills and experience leading engineers

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Rust-based data processing systems for real-time data ingestion
• Implement stream processing solutions for real-time analytics
• Build and maintain scalable Go-based APIs
• Work with NoSQL databases for efficient data storage
• Lead technical strategy for backend development
