You'll own partner success for a core product area, sitting inside a product squad alongside PMs, engineers, and designers. Your core impact is leading end-to-end implementations and solution design, turning complex product capabilities into confident, independent partners. This role stands out because you'll also shape the product feedback loop and scale processes, directly influencing how the platform evolves for over 1 million students.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end partner implementations from requirements to launch
• Translate institutional goals into effective product setups
• Perform deep troubleshooting and resolve complex issues
• Deliver training and enablement to partners

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in enterprise SaaS implementation or similar delivery role
• Deep product mastery as go-to expert on a product area
• Strong implementation architecture instincts for scalable solutions
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with ambiguity
