You'll drive revenue growth for an AI-native MDR provider, expanding our customer base across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Balkans. As an early employee, you'll define our culture and shape our sales strategy in a well-funded startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Build relationships with CISOs, IT security leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in cybersecurity sales, SaaS, or enterprise tech sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of MDR services and threat landscape.
  • Experience with CRM tools (SFDC) and marketing tools (HubSpot, Apollo).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, SOAR technologies.
  • Alliance partnerships with Hyperscalers/MSPs/Cloud providers (Google, Microsoft, AWS).
  • Sales certifications like MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, or Sandler Training.
