You'll drive revenue growth for an AI-native MDR provider, expanding our customer base across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Balkans. As an early employee, you'll define our culture and shape our sales strategy in a well-funded startup.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in assigned territory.
- Build relationships with CISOs, IT security leaders, and procurement teams.
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in cybersecurity sales, SaaS, or enterprise tech sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of MDR services and threat landscape.
- Experience with CRM tools (SFDC) and marketing tools (HubSpot, Apollo).
✨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, SOAR technologies.
- Alliance partnerships with Hyperscalers/MSPs/Cloud providers (Google, Microsoft, AWS).
- Sales certifications like MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, or Sandler Training.
