You'll shape the architectural vision for Matillion's AI Data Automation Platform, leading technical strategy across Hub and Billing ecosystems. You'll partner with senior staff to deliver agentic development workflows at global scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define Hub and Billing architectural vision and standards
• Lead technical design reviews and prototype patterns
• Drive refactoring for modularity and scalability
• Mentor engineers on agentic AI tool adoption

📋 Requirements

• Java expert with Spring Boot and event-driven architectures
• 10+ years in SaaS product engineering
• Experience with observability tooling and cross-domain debugging
• Proven track record managing complex codebases at scale

• Familiarity with AI-driven data automation platforms
• Experience with Snowflake or Databricks
