📋 Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience
• At least 3 years in digital assets or financial infrastructure
• Hands-on delivery of a tokenization or RWA product
• Understanding of financial market infrastructure including custody and settlement

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with institutional clients like banks or asset managers
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA)
• Strong communication skills in English
