Requirements

• Fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
• Open to licensing in alternative states
• Significant prior clinical experience preferred
• Experience with diverse populations (LGBTQ+, transgender) desired
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy via telehealth
• Collaborate with prescribers in monthly case discussions
• Build caseload rapidly in a team-based format
• Coordinate care between psychiatric and counselor providers
• Maintain clinical autonomy without corporate interference
